A little about me:

I am a West Michigan native who grew up in Sparta and graduated from Cornerstone University. For more than 15 years, I have worked in the insurance industry, helping people navigate important decisions and solve problems during some of life's most challenging moments.

I purchased my home in Wyoming in 2019 and quickly fell in love with the community. Since then, I have become increasingly involved in local service and civic engagement because I believe strong communities are built when neighbors connect, participate, and work together.

Today, I serve on the Wyoming Board of Review and volunteer regularly with UCOM, a local food pantry that supports families throughout our community. These experiences have strengthened my appreciation for the people who call Wyoming home and reinforced my belief that local government should be accessible, responsive, and accountable.

Outside of work and volunteering, I enjoy participating in pool league, supporting local businesses, exploring our parks and trails, and connecting with residents throughout the city.

I am running for Wyoming City Council because I believe our city is full of opportunity, and I want to help ensure that residents feel informed, heard, and connected to the decisions that shape our future.
